Question 1

How much does GrowMyClub cost?

Accepted Answer

$297 per month, plus pay-as-you-go messaging: 1.5¢ per text message and $1 for every 2,000 emails. No setup fees, no per-feature add-ons, no contracts — month-to-month, cancel anytime. If you're a StackEleven marketing agency client, GrowMyClub is included free, texts and emails included.

Question 2

Does this replace my booking software?

Accepted Answer

No — GrowMyClub sits on top of it. Keep PodPlay or CourtReserve for bookings; GrowMyClub handles your marketing, retention, CRM, and ad tracking, and integrates directly with both.

Question 3

How long does it take to get set up?

Accepted Answer

Fast. Because we onboard a limited number of clubs each month, every club gets hands-on, white-glove setup from the StackEleven team — you won't be configuring it alone.

Question 4

Is this really built only for pickleball?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every feature is designed around how pickleball clubs market themselves and make money — not a generic tool with a pickleball label.

Question 5

Who's behind GrowMyClub?

Accepted Answer

It's built and run by StackEleven, a marketing agency specializing in pickleball clubs, and powered by JOOLA, the largest company in racket sports.

Question 6

How does pay-as-you-go billing work?

Accepted Answer

Your $297/month covers the full platform. Messaging is billed on what you send: text messages are 1.5¢ each and emails are $1 for every 2,000 sent. No bundles, no minimums — you only pay for what you actually send.

Question 7

I'm a StackEleven client — do I pay for GrowMyClub?

Accepted Answer

No. If StackEleven runs your club's marketing, GrowMyClub is included in your engagement at no extra cost — the full platform plus every text and email you send.
